Facilities and Group Homes for the Disabled Closing

More and more facilities and group homes for the disabled are being closed or converted for non-disabled persons. Government cutbacks to group homes and facilities are becoming rampant across the Country. The "fee for service" and Medicaid cuts will have a serious impact on the well being of our disabled children.
